Food supplement in powder form for the preparation of an isotonic drink. Magnesium and potassium help with muscle function. Ginseng has a toning effect and is recommended in case of physical and mental fatigue. Creatine increases physical performance in case of sustained high-intensity and short-duration activities. Ideal to use before, during and after physical activity.

Ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin 24%, creatine monohydrate, citric acid, lemon flavouring, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, sodium chloride, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, calcium phosphates; sweetener: sucralose, ginseng (root extract), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Instructions for use: take 1 serving (30g powder in 500 ml of water) before or during training. If necessary, it can also be taken after training to support recovery and glycogen replenishment.
Recommended daily dose: take 1 serving per day (30g).
Warning: food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Use during pregnancy is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place.
