Inosine is suitable for increasing physical performance. Inosine is a compound of two substances, Hypoxanthine and Ribose. Inosine stimulates enzymatic activities, thereby supporting increased ATP production. It also ensures the supply of oxygen to the muscles, which has a significant effect on reducing the formation of lactic acid in the muscles. Inosine is suitable for power endurance sports. During performance, it ensures a high energy level, improves the performance and effectiveness of training. Increased efficiency is in combination with L-carnitine or L-arginine supplements.
