Penco Whey Protein 1000 g
A protein beverage where the protein source is exclusively whey protein concentrate (WPC), containing a high proportion of biologically active fractions (β-lactoglobulin, β-lactalbumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptide content) obtained by the unique gentle Cross-Flow Microfiltration (CFM) process. CFM whey protein concentrate contains up to 80% protein of high biological value, has a low fat and lactose content.
One dose provides 37g of protein that contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The high content of vitamin B6 supports the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen. For better digestibility, PENCO®Whey Protein is enriched with a mixture of digestive enzymes Opti-7-DIGEST of plant origin.
It does not contain aspartame or sucralose.
Preparation and use: Depending on the intensity of the load, mix 25-50 g of protein in 100-200 ml of cold water. Half dose for children from 12 years of age. This protein should be taken 60-90 minutes after exercise or overnight. Do not exceed the maximum recommended consumption of 100 g / day.
