Beef Amino is a source of a wide spectrum of amino acids. Bovine peptides are characterized by a complex spectrum of essential and non-essential amino acids. Beef Amino contains an optimal ratio of amino acids arginine, glycine, proline and hydroxyproline. It creates an optimal anabolic environment for muscle growth. It does not contain fat, cholesterol, lactose, aromas, dyes or gelatin hydrolyzate. It is suitable for people with lactose intolerance. It has a high content of natural creatine, iron, zinc, phosphorus and vitamins B, E and A.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
5-10 tablets in one dose depending on the intensity of training, body weight and the use of other protein supplements. 1 tablet = 2.4 g represents 2.3 g of pure beef protein. Doses should be divided between individual meals, immediately after training and before going to bed.

THE USE:
Drink each tablet separately with a sufficient amount of water. If you have trouble swallowing, chew the tablet gently. Use shortly before training, right after training, in the morning as a starter, before going to bed. The tablet contains quickly absorbable peptides that start the anabolic process immediately after training. In the process of regeneration and the growth phase of the muscle cell, long hydrolyzed protein chains are used.
