ENERVIT 100% Plant Protein is a plant protein with high biological value because it contains protein isolates from peas and beans. Thanks to its complete amino acid profile, it is an excellent alternative to whey. It is suitable for anyone who prefers a vegan or vegetarian diet, but also needs increased protein intake due to sports activity in all types of endurance, strength and team sports.
One serving (30 g) of the product contains 21 g of protein and vitamin B6, which contributes to optimal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Another advantage is the low sugar content (only 0.8 g per serving).
Effects
- The proteins contained in the product contribute to the maintenance of muscle fibers during exercise and to the increase in muscle mass after exercise.

When and how to use
Using a shaker, mix 2 scoops of the product (30 g) in 250 ml of still water. It is recommended to take one dose during the day and another depending on the intensity of physical activity and other sources of protein in the diet.
