RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Children from 10 years: 1 – 2x daily 2 scoops (30 g) of powder
Adults: 3x – 5x daily 2 scoops (30 g) of powder between meals, preferably in the morning 1h before and 1h after training, or before sleep
Maximum recommended amount for muscle mass development: 2 g of protein per 1 kg of body weight
USE:
Mix 2 scoops of powder (30 g) in 250 ml of water or low-fat milk.
