The evaluation of such a product is always very subjective. I personally do not like artificial nutritional supplements, but if there is no other way, this is fine. Satisfaction for me, I feel less tired after training and in general during the day. I recommend not taking it in the evening, because it will be a problem with falling asleep - it contains caffeine.
Hodnotenie takéhoto produktu je vždy veľmi subjektívne, Osobne nemám rád umelé doplnky výživy ale keď sa inak nedá, toto je fajn. Za mňa spokojnosť, pociťujem menšiu únavu po tréningu aj celkovo počas dňa. Odporúčam neužívať večer, pretože bude problém so zaspávaním - obsahuje kofeín.
