This ready-to-drink protein beverage provides a practical and tasty way to supplement up to 30 g of protein during the day, with a low fat content. The drink will satisfy you for a longer time, as different types of proteins in the drink have different digestion times. It contains calcium caseinate (longest digestion time), milk protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, and whey protein hydrolysate (shortest digestion time). It is suitable for consumption, for example, after training, or during the day between meals. It is not recommended to drink it before training, as fast-digesting proteins are preferred then. It tastes best chilled, but can also be stored at normal room temperature.
