An ideal source of carbohydrates. A sports bar consists of both simple and complex carbohydrates. This mixture ensures gradual absorption of nutrients by your body. As a result, this sports bar is ideal for long workouts or as a snack.Use Energy Oat Bar before, during or after exercise. The bar contains a relatively high amount of fibre. With a long load, this bar is less suitable at the end due to the high fibre content. It would take too long for your body to process the fibre. Try to consume these types of products at the beginning of the load.
How to use
During activity, eat 1-2 bars per hour. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements. Do not eat too much solid food during exercise. For extra energy, combine Energy Oat Bar with Energy Drink.
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store the product in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children.

Hosszú tekeréseknél nagyon jól teszi a dolgát. Mivel edzés közben nem tudok rendesen enni így ez nekem teljesen bevált. Gyomromat nem terheli meg és mégis van erőm, a tekeréshez. Kb 40-60 percenként veszek magamhoz egy ilyet
