Montmorency cherries are a specific variety of cherries that this preparation contains and are characterized by a natural sour taste. Cherry juice research has shown that it affects faster recovery, reduces delayed muscle soreness and inflammation, and improves sleep. Training and racing place considerable stress on the body and there are often situations where rapid regeneration is more important than physiological adaptation. Correct regeneration is a very important aspect to maintain optimal performance if it is necessary to perform high sports performance over several consecutive days.
Dosage: Add the contents of the package to 200 ml of water or an instant recovery drink and consume immediately. The manufacturer recommends consuming two doses during the day 4-5 days before exercise or 2-3 days after exercise to accelerate regeneration. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
