Each serving of the finished shake provides 40g of high-quality CFM whey protein together with 4000mg of 100% creatine monohydrate (3500mg of pure creatine), 7800mg of BCAAs, 500mg of L-glutamine and 1000mg of taurine.
The source of proteins is exclusively whey protein concentrate, which is obtained by a highly gentle Cross-Flow microfiltration (CFM) production process that preserves the bioactive properties of proteins.
Penco Whey Protein 80 contains a high proportion of biologically active fractions. It is almost fat-free and lactose-free, which would reduce its usability. The instantization of the protein improves its solubility. It increases the level of muscle creatine, has an enormous impact on the development of strength and targeted building of muscle fibers. The anabolic effects of the cocktail are further enhanced by nutrients with a "volumizing" effect - purified L-glutamine and the neurostimulant Taurine.
Does not contain aspartame!
Dosage: Depending on the intensity of the load, mix 50g of the mixture in 250ml of cold water or 25g in 125ml of water.
The cocktail prepared in this way is drunk 60-90 minutes after the performance, or overnight.
