The LONG RACE energy bar was specially developed for endurance athletes. Contains amino acids: alanine, leucine and glutamine.
- It is suitable for longer races and more demanding endurance activities.

USE AND RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
- BEFORE SPORTS ACTIVITY: 60 - 90 minutes before the start of intensive activity
- DURING SPORTS ACTIVITIES:
Medium race: halfway through the race
Long races: take every 1.5-2 hours
COMPOSITION:
Glucose syrup, almonds 12.9%, hazelnuts 11.3%, honey, raisins, whey protein crisps (whey protein, rice flour, emulsifier - soy lecithin), palm fat, oat flakes, sugar, wheat flakes, rice crisps ( rice flour, wheat gluten, sugar, wheat malt, glucose, salt), isomaltulose *, L-glutamine 0.9%, emulsifier - soy lecithin. * Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose. Contains milk derivatives, gluten, soy and nuts. May contain traces of peanuts.
