Guarana
Paullinia cupana, known under the name guarana, is a climbing plant that comes from the Amazon. Guarana is most sought after as a natural stimulant and today it is part of almost all energy drinks. This is because guarana seeds contain many times more caffeine than coffee beans. The onset of effects is slower, but the physical and mental vitality obtained from guarana will last much longer. This makes it very popular with endurance athletes, drivers, students or managers.
Caffeine
The most famous food in which caffeine occurs naturally is the much-loved coffee. We can also find caffeine in tea leaves, cocoa beans, guarana and kola nuts. It is interesting to note the half-life of caffeine, which can range from 3 to 7 hours. This can be influenced by a number of factors such as genetic predisposition, the form of caffeine or the composition of the diet.
Pasteurization in a nutshell
The process of pasteurization is based on heat treatment of food and the ratio of temperature and time during which food is exposed to this temperature, which causes the destruction of unwanted microorganisms. Unlike boiling, it does not significantly change the quality of the food.
Recommended dosage: Take a maximum of 1 bottle per day approximately 20 minutes before physical activity or when tired. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. After opening, the product is intended for immediate consumption.
Warning: Nutritional supplement, with sweeteners. It must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of reach of children. Protect from heat, frost, moisture and direct sunlight. With a high caffeine content (180 mg/330 ml) - not suitable for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
