Pack Contents Supplied as a pair
1 x Stainless steel puncture plug/reamer 2-in-1
1 x Knife trimming tool
5 x Thin tyre worms
5 x Medium tyre worms
5 x Thick tyre worms

Instructions for use:
1. Identify the puncture source and remove any debris or the puncture source.
2. Remove the tool from the bar using a 4mm Allen key. (If the tool is pre-loaded, skip to step 5)
Start by using the integrated reamer on the tool to clean and roughen the hole to ensure a perfect seal.
3. If the puncture requires medium or large worms then ream the hole several times with the knurled area of the tool, making sure to use a 45-degree angle and follow the direction of the tyre to ensure you don’t damage your tubeless tape or tyre wall!
4. Now grab a tyre worm (you may need to use the tool to help push the worms out). The largest size is for MTB tyres, medium for gravel tyres and small for road tyres, but you can choose the best one for your hole size.
5. Now firmly push one end of the worm between your fingers to straighten it. (If using a thin worm thread it through the notch on the end of the tool, not the main larger hole).
6. Thread through the gap on the end of the tool so the worm is now seated in the middle of the tool. Find the punctured hole and then insert the tool through the hole (at a 45-degree angle and following the direction of the tyre to ensure you don’t damage your tubeless tape or tyre wall!), until the worm is halfway into the tyre. Ensure the ends of the worm remain on the outside of the tyre.
7. Slowly twisting the tool a few rotations clockwise, twist the worm inside the tyre and slowly pulling upwards remove it – the worm will remain in the tyre and the hole will be plugged.
8. Re-inflate your tyre to the desired pressure. (We recommend a maximum of 80 PSI on a road bike!)
9. Finally, use the knife to carefully trim the ends of the worms. We recommend standing on the non-drive side of the bike and stepping away from the bike. Trim the plugs so that there is still a minimum of 3-5mm sticking out of the tyre. (Caution – this is a very sharp knife, so use with care and always cut away from yourself and not too close to your fingers!!
10. You are now ready to ride!

WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. The knife has very SHARP EDGES, so use with care. For road tyres, we strongly recommend replacing the plugged tyre when it is safe to do so, especially if you intend to use it at high psi! (We recommend a maximum of 80 PSI on a road bike!)
