Sidas 3D Trail + insoles, blue
New insoles designed for trail running, developed by trail runners from the Sidas and Salomon teams.
The insoles feature materials on both sides with maximum grip, preventing the insole from moving inside the shoe and ensuring your foot sits precisely on the insole, thus limiting its displacement and improving power transfer during push-off.
Materials have been carefully selected to ensure maximum grip (minimizing slippage, essential for descents and optimal push-off transfer), comfort, durability, all while maintaining minimal weight.
Insoles for trail running and ultra-races are made from a very flexible material, so the support for the longitudinal and transverse arch is minimal, leaving maximum space for the natural movement of the foot.
The front part of the insoles is wide enough to fit even into trail running shoes with a widened toe box.
The Trail+ insole has an anti-slip surface that holds your feet in place, provides better precision and power transfer, better stability, and better support. This is achieved by combining high-quality foams, a thin sandwich construction, and a grippy material on both the foot contact surface and the shoe contact surface.
The Trail+ running insole additionally offers increased comfort thanks to its pre-shaped and flexible structure combined with friction-reducing materials used on the surface in contact with the foot. This combination ensures a pleasant run without foot slippage or unwanted friction.
This insole for trail running shoes is also characterized by its lightness and durability. It is made from a combination of high-quality foams that are ultra-thin and lightweight, yet extremely durable.

How to use
- Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole according to it
- Insert the new insole into the shoe
- Wash only with mild soap and a brush
- Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying, use Therm-ic boot dryers with forced air
