The insoles are great, comfortable, I use them in cycling shoes. Heat shaping in advance is not necessary, they gradually adapt to the shape of the feet by the heat generated inside the shoe. Also, cutting them according to the "old" insole is no science, I put them on myself (of course, with the heel part at the same time), traced the shape with a thin marker and cut them. I bought them mainly because of the partial deformation of the heel after an injury to the calcaneus of the right foot (in the photo you can see a wider imprint on the right insole) and for comfort during regular several-hour rides, when you will really appreciate them the most.
I don't dare to estimate the lifespan of the insoles, but watch out for stones and other mess in the shoes, it will show on the insole (see photo).
Only the price seems a bit steep to me, I took the Skialp variant because of the significant discount at the time in the required size.
Vložky jsou super, pohodlné, požívám v cyklotretrách. Tepelné tvarování předem není nutné, přizpůsobí se postupně tvarově chodidlům samy vznikajícím teplem uvnitř boty. Taky zastřižení podle "staré" vložky není žádná věda, já jsem si je přiložil k sobě (samozřejmě patní částí zároveň), tvar obkreslil tenkou fixou a obstřihnul. Pořizoval jsem je zejména z důvodu částečné deformace paty po úraze patní kosti pravé nohy (na fotce je možná vidět širší otisk u pravé vložky) a kvůli pohodlí při pravidelných několikahodinových vyjížd"kách, kdy je opravdu oceníte nejvíce.
