The TX Guide Leather footwear was specially developed for fast ascents to mountain peaks and for approaching climbing terrains. The sole, which is divided into two parts with different stiffness, has been perfectly adapted to this philosophy. The front part (Vibram Idrogrip™) with a so-called climbing zone provides the necessary confidence when tackling more complicated sections, and the highly grippy heel part (Vibram MegaGrip™) helps with braking during descents.
Almost like climbing shoes
To make you feel at home when crossing rocky sections, the TX Guide shoes have been given several construction elements from the world of climbing shoes. The main one is the lacing, which has been extended to the very tip and further around the heel. This allows for a perfect tightening of the footwear.
