100% waterproof socks with a membrane and finely knitted merino wool. For trail running and activities where breathability is paramount. Classic height.
Run through streams, cycle even in adverse conditions and rely on these waterproof Bridgedale socks. Ideal when you need high breathability and at the same time durability. The waterproof and windproof Hydrotech membrane has an impressive water column of >10,000 mm.
You no longer need special footwear for every season. Use the same cycling shoes or Trail Running shoes and protect your feet from moisture with waterproof socks. They are also suitable as spares for long runs when even waterproof shoes can't cope.
However, the laminated membrane is only one part of the three-layer construction of these socks. Their surface is reinforced with a nylon outer knit, and the Merino wool base layer ensures the thermal comfort of your feet. This also means zero odor.
For higher thermal comfort, you can add thin liners under the stormsock socks. Otherwise, they do not require any special care. They are washed classically at 40°C - inside out.
