These sweaters were originally made for fishermen and other workers who tested them daily in the harsh Norwegian environment. Today, these sweaters have become popular as a second or third layer, ideal for cold weather. For increased wearing comfort, the sweaters are pre-washed to be soft enough and have an ideal shape. The Nansen wool sweater is named after the famous Norwegian explorer, Fridtjof Nansen, who completed the first crossing of Greenland.

It is made of wool, which is a 100% natural fiber with properties that no artificial fiber can replace. We process the wool ourselves, and our production plants are located exclusively in Europe.

Care
To preserve the wool's brilliant properties for as long as possible, wash the sweater only by hand in eco-friendly detergents with lanolin.
Dry flat, do not wring by hand - only squeeze the water out of the product. Do not dry on a heat source.
