The Petzl BUG is a compact climbing backpack designed for single-day multi-pitch climbing as well as everyday urban use. Its ergonomic shape fits snugly to your back and doesn't restrict movement, making it comfortable to wear during approaches to the crag or directly on the route. The main compartment can hold a harness, climbing shoes, and clothing, and includes a separate padded compartment for a laptop or hydration bladder.
The backpack is equipped with a rope-carrying system, a removable helmet net, and a practical top opening that makes accessing the contents easier, even at the belay station. Side compression straps allow you to cinch the backpack down for a better fit and stability, while adjustable sternum and hip straps increase stability when moving over terrain. The reinforced base made of durable material increases longevity, and the outer fabric made of recycled polyester supports a more ecological approach to manufacturing.
