Osprey Soelden Backpack
The Soelden 32 ski touring backpack from Osprey is the perfect choice for all your high-mountain adventures, whether it's ski touring, splitboarding, or snowshoeing. The backpack offers countless carrying options and attachment points for equipment, whether it's for skis, snowboards, gear, or sleds.Maximum comfort during wear and riding is ensured by the thermally molded EVA foam back panel, which repels snow, keeping you and your belongings dry and comfortable. The back panel also serves as access to the main compartment, allowing you to easily and quickly reach your belongings. EVA foam is also found in the shoulder straps and hip belt, contributing to higher comfort. The shoulder straps are complemented by a sternum strap with an emergency whistle or a radio loop.
The main compartment contains two elastic pockets where you can store, for example, a GPS/radio and a thermos. On the back of the back panel, there is a zippered pocket with a keychain. You can also use a goggle pocket, a zippered pocket on the hip belt, or a loop for hanging a hydration reservoir. Comfortable handling of the backpack is ensured by the innovative buckles, which are now easier to handle with gloves.
Osprey has thought of everything, so with this backpack, you'll be prepared for anything, including avalanches. The front compartment is designed for avalanche gear - snow shovel, avalanche probe, and possibly other equipment. The backpack material is high-strength nylon with a water-repellent DWR treatment (without harmful PFC compounds), which helps keep your belongings dry.
