Fenix LD22 V2.0 LED flashlight
The latest generation of the Fenix LD22 V2.0 flashlight offers a luminous flux of up to 800 lumens (ANSI) and a beam distance of 214 meters. It is powered by a single Li-ion ARB-L14-1100U battery with a capacity of 1100 mAh and a built-in USB-C connector (battery included in the package), which provides power for up to 220 hours of runtime in the lowest mode. If necessary, it can be replaced with two standard AA batteries, but with them, the maximum output is limited to 350 lumens. It can also be replaced with two 14500 Li-ion batteries, with which the flashlight operates at a maximum output of 800 lumens. The flashlight is equipped with a highly efficient Luminus SST-20 LED capable of operating in seven modes, including strobe and SOS. Its practicality will be appreciated at home, at the cottage, at work, in the car, while camping, and also as part of an emergency kit.
All flashlight parameters (luminous flux, battery runtime, waterproofness, beam distance, and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Usage
The flashlight may come with a black insulating cap on the battery from the factory. Remove it from the battery before first use.
To turn on, press the tail switch; for momentary activation, hold the button. By pressing the side button near the head of the flashlight, you can cycle through the five constant lighting modes at any time during operation. To switch to strobe mode, hold the side button for approximately 0.5 seconds. Pressing it again will activate SOS.
Intelligent overheat protection - if the flashlight's temperature exceeds 60°C, it will automatically reduce the output in gradual steps until the temperature stabilizes. Once the flashlight's temperature drops below 60°C, the output will automatically increase to the original level.
Low battery warning - the flashlight will gradually and automatically switch to the lowest mode. In the lowest mode, it will flash three times every 5 minutes, indicating the need to recharge the battery.
Charging - remove the battery from the flashlight, connect the USB-C cable to the side USB-C port on the battery, and connect the other end of the cable to a computer, power bank, or USB adapter for mains or car power (not included). The indicator light on top of the battery glows red during charging and blue when fully charged.
Notes
- Do not disassemble the sealed part of the flashlight head yourself, as this will void the warranty.
- Remove alkaline batteries from the flashlight if it will not be used for an extended period or if the batteries are already depleted. This will prevent the risk of battery leakage and subsequent damage to the flashlight.
- If the protective O-rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The O-rings should also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. Adhering to these rules will ensure the flashlight is properly protected against water.
- If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher output modes, or does not turn on, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The battery is depleted – recharge it or replace it if using disposable batteries.
- The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty – clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- The head, body, or tail cap of the flashlight is loose – apply lubricant to the O-rings and tighten both the head and the tail cap firmly.
