The LIMIT TEMPERATURE, according to the current valid standard, warns you about the lower temperature limit at which a standard man (25 years old, 70 kg, 173 cm) will sleep in a sleeping bag in a curled position under normal conditions and will not yet feel cold.
Extreme: -15 °C
The EXTREME TEMPERATURE, according to the current valid standard, is a warning. Comfortable sleep cannot be talked about here; do not choose a sleeping bag based on this temperature. If this temperature is exceeded, in the best case, a standard woman (25 years old, 60 kg, 160 cm) risks hypothermia, and in the worst case, serious health damage may occur.
