The uvex surge aero MIPS helmet sets new standards in aerodynamics, airflow and safety. This performance racing helmet was developed in collaboration with professional riders from the Intermarché-Wanty team and former professionals from the world of international cycling.The aerodynamic cover, which is part of the equipment, partially covers the large ventilation holes, significantly reducing air resistance. In situations where better ventilation is a priority, the cover can be easily removed. Essentially, you get two helmets in one.
The MIPS® Air Node safety system adds an extra level of brain protection. An ultra-light, low-friction layer absorbs rotational and centrifugal forces upon impact. A practical accessory is the built-in sunglasses holder.
