The Knog Blinder MOB V rear turn signal is ideal for driving at night on light roads and also in daylight to increase your visibility.
The design predestines it for attachment to the seatpost of the bicycle. It is clamped with a solid silicone replaceable rubber band. It also fits aero seatposts. You do not need any tools to attach it. The package contains rubber bands of 3 diameters.
