Fenix ​​RC20 rechargeable flashlight

The Fenix ​​RC20 rechargeable flashlight offers a high luminous flux of up to 1000 lumens (ANSI) and an afterglow of up to 290 meters. Power is provided by an internal lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh, which is charged directly in the lamp using the included cradle with a USB connector, into which the lamp snaps during charging. The cradle is equipped with mounting holes, so it can be screwed to the wall, for example. Spare ARB-L1 batteries can also be purchased for the lamp.

The Fenix ​​RC20 has a total of five lighting modes (including a strobe) with a battery life of up to 120 hours. It uses a dual tactical switch for control, which enables faster and more reliable control in crisis situations. For example, it can be easily switched directly to stroboscopic mode. The lamp is powered by a digitally controlled constant current to guarantee a constant light output even during battery discharge. The very solid and waterproof design predestines this rechargeable lamp for harsh outdoor conditions, for the police, firemen, rescuers and armed forces.

All lamp parameters (luminous flux, battery operation time, waterproofing, afterglow and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

The use:

From the factory, there may be black insulating caps on both ends of the accumulator. Remove them from the battery before first use.

To turn it on, press the larger button located at the end of the lamp, for immediate activation, hold the button. By pressing the secondary toggle button, you can switch between power modes at any time during operation. To switch to flash mode when the light is on, hold down the switch button for about 0.5 seconds. Press and hold the toggle button to turn the light directly into strobe mode.

To switch to simplified mode, hold the switch button for 3 seconds while the lamp is on. The number of available modes will be limited to 1000, 150 lumens and strobe. To return to normal mode, hold the button again for 3 seconds.

Indication of the state of charge - there is an indicator diode between the charging connectors. With the lamp off, press the switch button, if the indicator diode lights up green, the battery is sufficiently charged. If it lights up red, or even flashes red, it is advisable to charge it as soon as possible.

Attention to the discharged battery - when the battery is discharged below 3.3 V, the indicator diode between the charging contacts starts to glow red permanently. At the same time, the lamp will gradually switch to lower power modes, and in the lowest mode, it will flash 3 times every 5 minutes.

Notice:

• The battery does not have a memory effect, it can be charged at any time, even after each short use.

• For long-term storage, we recommend charging the flashlight every 4 months so that the battery is fully charged and ready for immediate use.

• If the lamp flashes, does not switch to higher modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • The battery is dead, charge it.

  • The back part of the lamp is loose, tighten it.
