Lapierre e-Zesty AM LTD Ultimate with the unique fully integrated Fazu motorization with extra light weight.

At Lapierre we feel the need to offer bikes for everyone. Our mission was to offer a bicycle also for "electro-skeptics", or for people who do not need an ebike, but would welcome the help of an electric motor in some situations. And so we combined our best know-how to launch the new generation of e-MTB AM.

With the light Fazua engine, we managed to construct an eMTB bike that, despite the motorization, retains the most natural feeling of riding.

The Lapierre e-Zesty AM LTD Ultimate is the lightest all mountain ebike on 27.5 inch wheels with a lift of 150mm and a Fazua mid-motor with a fully integrated battery hidden in the lower frame tube. A small but powerful motor delivers a nominal power of 400W. The torque of 60Nm, in conjunction with the 252Wh battery, is an ideal partner for climbing hills. The battery range is up to 75 km depending on the use of the three assistance level modes.

The total weight of the Lapierre e-Zesty AM, including the Fazua motor, is around a great 18kg. The carbon frame provides higher stiffness and better acceleration. The entire electric drive weighs only 5 kg!

Another indisputable advantage is the entire Fauza drive system – motor and battery forming one block, you can very easily and effortlessly remove it from the lower frame tube, put on the cover – save another 5 kg and ride like a classic bike without a motor!

Carbon frame

Lightweight, stiff and at the same time still flexible material that absorbs shocks well and increases comfort. A higher price is to be expected.

Universal size for a wide range of bicycles. The advantage is better cross-country ability, higher traction and comfort, and still good dexterity. Slightly heavier.

Due to long-term issues with the supply of components, some manufacturers exceptionally approach changes of installed components contrary to the specification without letting us know. Unfortunately, it is not in our power to go through each bike and verify the differences between the manufacturer's stated components and its actual equipment. Alternative parts should meet the same standards as the original. We apologise for any discrepancies.

How we ship bikes

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:

The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
The bicycle is carefully packed back into a box and shipped
If you order a bicycle for in store pick up or home delivery, the bicycle will be waiting put together, checked and ready to use for you.
If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
6. Mount seatpost to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
7. Inflate the tyres or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.
