It wasn't easy to improve on the D3's top design and features, but we managed it. Thanks to the construction and shell materials used in the aerospace industry, we managed to reduce the weight of the D4 Composite helmet to 1050 grams without reducing its strength. The MIPS C2 protection system serves as an additional layer increasing safety in case of a fall. To ensure comfort, the D4 Comp helmet features an air intake system that further flows through the polymer center and Power grid side mesh, preventing overheating of the head during the ride. Thanks to the X-static® and XT2® antibacterial padding, the inside of the helmet is much more pleasant.
