Set of 1 piece of foam insert and 1 piece of tire valve for protection against punctures and improvement of driving characteristics. Designed for 26", 27.5" or 29" wheels.
CushCore was developed as a special foam insert for jackets. It divides the shell volume into two chambers. The goal is to achieve better driving characteristics than with a normal tubeless system. It is therefore not just a matter of protection against shell puncture.
CushCore absorbs shocks, prevents the casing walls from buckling in turns and reduces the transmission of vibrations. It works as a damping unit for your tires ensuring a faster and smoother ride.
The system is designed to work with tubeless rims and tires and is compatible with all tubeless sealants.

COMPATIBILITY
CushCore is compatible with all tubeless tires (according to size and width)
Can be used with tires 2.1 - 2.6"
Can be used with a rim with a width of 22 - 35 mm
Tubeless tape must be installed in the rim
For better function, it is recommended to use in combination with tubeless sealant (for example NoTubes Stans)

It is then possible to compensate for the weight by using lighter tires and thus save several hundred grams
LIFESPAN
CushCore insoles are highly durable. Thus, there is no significant disruption of their structure even after months of use. They do not absorb liquids, so they do not affect the function of tubeless sealants.
