Tacx Neo 2T Smart bike trainer, without cassette
Updated and more powerful version of the best-selling trainer. The interactive Tacx Neo 2T Smart trainer is one of those trainers where power is not transmitted through the tire, making it so quiet that you will only hear your chain. After removing the rear wheel, you clamp the frame directly into the trainer using a thru-axle or quick release.
- Adapters for thru-axle 142/148x12mm are included for wheels with thru-axles.
- The electromagnetic brake with a maximum output of 2200 W allows for more precise power transmission and measurement. It can be used with or without electricity; the brake generates its own. It can simulate inclines up to 25% as well as flat roads if the trainer is used without control.
- Control of the Tacx T2875 Neo 2T Smart is done on a phone (iPhone 4s and higher or Android 4.3 and higher) or tablet (iPad 3 and higher, iPad mini and iPad Air or Android 4.3 and higher) using a freely available app (App Store and Google Play). It is compatible with popular training apps like Zwift, Tacx, Trainerroad, Røvy, Sufferfest, Kinomap, Fulgaz, Bkool, Road Grand Tours.
- Communication between the trainer and the phone/tablet takes place via Bluetooth. The trainer is also equipped with ANT+ transmission, which is used to connect to a PC using free apps available on the App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store.
- A front wheel riser block is included with the Tacx Neo 2T Smart trainer. Another advantage is the ability to fold the support legs - a big plus if you don't have enough space.
- The freehub is designed for 8-11 speed Shimano cassettes, Sram. A Campa, XD freehub can be purchased separately. (Cassette is not included in the package)
- A heart rate monitor is not included in the package, but heart rate monitors with ANT+ or Bluetooth transmission can be used, e.g., Tacx T1994 (Polar BT straps do not work). Another optional accessory is the tablet holder T2092.
