Thanks to its advantages, such as simplicity, strength, and durability, the SRAM RED 1 AXS™ powermeter meets the requirements of triathletes, time trialists, and cyclocross riders. The powermeter has improved aerodynamics because the aero chainrings have a direct direct mount attachment with a fully integrated power meter, and furthermore, the tighter gear spacing is ideal for racing on flatter terrain profiles.

Chainrings with direct mount in 36 and 46 teeth variants have the powermeter integrated into the spider.
- Chainrings are easily replaceable without needing to calibrate the powermeter
- Power measurement is accurate with a deviation of +/-1.5% and is not affected by weather conditions during the ride
- Power measurement is performed separately for the left and right leg
- SRAM X-SYNC™ chainring with wide-narrow tooth profile allows for maximum chain retention
- Laser-etched chainring finish is more durable
