Pirelli Angel DT Urban Cargo 16x2.0" tire, kevlar
The Pirelli Angel DT Urban Cargo 60-406 is a city tire designed for intensive daily commuting and cargo bikes. The tread, derived from Angel motorcycle tires, provides confidence on wet and dry asphalt and handles the typical hazards of urban traffic, including uneven surfaces and tram tracks. The high-quality PROCompound Urban rubber is optimized for long life and reliable grip in various weather conditions, making the tire suitable for year-round riding.
The HyperBELT construction with a 60 TPI nylon casing and an additional rubber layer increases puncture resistance, making this tire a robust solution for heavier bikes and higher loads. PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the tire's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar shell - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The tire can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire- bead made of wire. The shell is inflexible, it is heavier than Kevlar.
