Application is super simple, just inject the sealant through the Presta valve or add it directly into the tyre and thanks to our advanced polymer technology, the sealant will bond to the inner wall of the tyre like armour, ready to fight the moment a puncture occurs. Instructions for use:
1. Shake the pouch vigorously before use and turn it upside down to check the particles are mixed. If possible, . place the bike on a work stand. Remove the Presta valve core (if you have a non-removable valve core, simply pour directly into the unseated tyre and reseat).
2. Ensure the pouch is thoroughly shaken before filling. With the valve at the 12 o'clock position and using the non-drive side of the bike, push the pouch onto the valve and rotate the valve to the 6 o'clock position. Inject the required amount and fold the pouch to the required fill line, reinsert the valve core and inflate the tyre according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
3. Spin the wheel repeatedly, shake it from side to side and hey presto, you're ready to rock 'n' roll! Check the air volume in each tyre regularly and simply top up as needed.
4. Before adding our sealant to your tyre, make sure you have thoroughly removed any other sealant beforehand. If you get sealant on your frame, components or clothing, remove it as quickly as possible with clean water and a cloth. Try not to let the sealant dry before you can properly wash your kit at home!
TIP! Ask Siri/Meta/Google or Alexa to add a reminder to your phone to check your tyres and sealant in 3-6 months. *If you are using tyres in hot conditions (+35°C), simply top up if necessary and check every couple of months.
When filling sealant into brand new tyres, we recommend degreasing the inner surface of the tyre to remove any oils or mould-release agents/residues from the tyre manufacturing process. For best results, use our fast-drying degreaser, brake disc cleaner or glue and sealant remover along with a clean cloth for effective cleaning. This process will ensure maximum adhesion and sealant performance.

- 23c, 25c = 40ml-50ml
- 28c = 50ml-60ml
Gravel Tyres
- 30c - 45c = 70 - 80ml
