If you do not like the delivered goods, you can return them within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason and file a complaint within 2 years of purchase.

Fast delivery and in-person pick-up

We ship products in stock on the same day as the order arrives (or the next working day if the order arrives after 12:00) and are delivered on the next working day. For products not in stock, we always inform you about the actual date of shipment. We send orders by courier, for in-person pick-up in our stores or in one of thousands of pick-up points and post offices throughout Slovakia. Here you will find details about delivery options.

The FULCRUM Rapid Red Carbon wheels are the ideal solution for demanding riders looking for a top-of-the-line product with "made in Europe" technology.

The Rapid Red wheel family can now boast a wheelset designed for those who want to discover new terrains and new paths with a touch of extra speed. The model is a reactive, light, and reliable wheel for gravel. Lightness and reactivity are guaranteed by the carbon rim with an asymmetrical S-Shape profile. This technology improves the balance of spoke tension. Optimized balancing ensures a long-lasting performance level. Furthermore, the unique rim profile shape increases stiffness by 2.5% compared to a traditional U-shaped profile.

To achieve maximum performance with tubeless tires, the Rapid Red Carbon rims are equipped with a tubeless beadless channel: 2-Way Fit. The beadless channel has a mirror-like C-Lux Finish that facilitates tire installation.

The wheel assembly is complemented by FULCRUM's patented Mo-Mag technology, which uses a simple and ingenious solution for seating the nipple in the rim hole using a magnet. The rim has a 30 mm high profile with a mini-hook system that extends its compatibility with a wider range of pressures. Furthermore, the dimensional accuracy of the rim guarantees greater safety against tire de-beading at low pressure, thanks to the larger support surface available with the wider internal rim width of 25 mm.

Extended returns up to 100 days

As standard, you can return your purchased goods within 30 days. With the ”Extended Return” service, you get an additional 70 days, during which you can decide whether the product suits you and meets your expectations.

Extended returns are very useful, especially when you are buying a gift in advance, you are not sure about your choice or the recipient needs more time to try it on. If you want to be more certain and not rush into making a decision, we recommend that you use this additional service.

How does it work?

Add the product you are interested in to your cart.
In the cart, for a given product, check the "Extended return of goods up to 100 days" service. You will see the fee for this service directly here, which always depends on the price and type of a specific product.
The service is activated immediately after payment of the order and the 100-day period begins the moment you receive your order.
If you want to return the goods, follow the standard procedure and do so within 100 days. We will refund your money or issue you a voucher - depending on your preference.

The “Extended Return” service does not change the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, but is a voluntarily provided extra service. As with the standard return period, the goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. This service gives you more time to think about it and return it, it is not intended for testing the product. Thank you for respecting this.

Extended additional warranty +1 year

As a standard, you can make a complaint about goods purchased from us within the statutory period of 24 months from the delivery of the goods. With the "Extended additional warranty +1 year" service, you will receive 1 additional year of protection after this 24-month period has expired.

The extended additional warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults of manufacturing origin, similar to the standard warranty.
