Fenix 18650 2600 mAh (Li-ion) rechargeable USB battery
Rechargeable battery Fenix 18650 2600 mAh (L18-2600U) with its own charging micro-USB connector. It can be charged by connecting a cable to the micro-USB connector (e.g., from a computer or a mobile phone charger), but also in a classic charger. Li-ion rechargeable batteries are characterized by very high capacity, are not affected by memory effect, nor by self-discharge. Li-ion in size 18650 are the best choice in terms of stored energy with respect to the dimensions and weight of the accumulator.
Tip: for charging a larger number of accumulators at once, it might be useful to buy a four-way charging micro-USB cable.
Fenix accumulator protection consists of internal safety mechanisms and protective electronics. Added electronic circuits prevent overcharging of the cell, its excessive discharge, and short circuits or excessive current draw. If the battery electronics evaluate that the limit values have been reached, it safely disconnects the cell.
Internal protection consists of a separator, overheat protection (PTC thermal protection), and a special anti-explosion valve. In case the gas pressure in the cell exceeds a certain limit, the internal separator disconnects the electrodes inside the battery, thereby effectively interrupting the exothermic reaction, and the anti-explosion valve releases the overpressure of gas outside the accumulator. Thanks to the combination of electronic and mechanical (thermal and pressure) protection, Fenix batteries are among the safest available Li-ion accumulators.
With its size, the 18650 accumulator roughly corresponds to two CR123A lithium batteries, which is why it is often used in flashlights as a rechargeable alternative to these primary cells. Please check the first time if your device supports this cell. This accumulator is intended, for example, for operation in Fenix LED flashlights E28R, E30R, Fenix E35 UE (not intended for E35 V3.0), PD32 V2.0, PD35, TK11 TAC, TK15, TK16 (1000 lm version only), TK25 UV, TK25 IR, TK25 Red, TK25 R&B, TK26R, TK75, FD41, LD30, SD11, SD20. Fenix headlamps HL55, HL60R, HP25R, HP30R, HM61R, HM65R, HM65R-T, lanterns CL26R, CL30R and Fenix BC21R and BC30 bicycle lights.
Caution, due to its length of 70 mm and diameter, it may not fit into some older models - for example, Fenix PD31, TK11, TK21, TK30, Zebralight, Solarforce.
The accumulator is also not compatible with the Fenix FD65 model.

Charging via micro-USB connector
Connect the USB cable to the side micro-USB connector. During charging, the indicator light on the top of the accumulator glows red. When fully charged, it glows blue.

Notice
- If you are using an older charger purchased around 2014, first check if accumulators with a length of 69-70 mm fit into it.
- Do not discharge the accumulator below 2.5 V if possible
- Do not short-circuit the accumulator (do not connect the cell terminals with a conductor)
- Do not throw the accumulator into fire or water
- Never insert the accumulator into the charger incorrectly (reversed polarity)
- When using the accumulator, follow safety regulations
- Use only an adequate charger that supports Li-ion accumulators
