We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)

- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

priamo port na interne vedenie sedlovky ram bicykla nema - je tam vsak port na interne vedenie presmykaca. Ak je nevyuzity (cize bicykel je jazdeny v 1x setupe), tak je mozne sedlovku tahat tadial, avsak je to vted zlozitejsie - pri montazi musia ist von kluky aj stredove zlozenie.
Druhou moznostou je volit teleskopicku sedlovku s externym vedenim lanka.

For now, I am only evaluating the first impression from a short drive around the village for ice cream.
The bike seems well made and I like the design.
Then I realized the negative. Upon closer inspection, I found that the saddle is different from the official information from the manufacturer. There is a saddle that mounts on the lower rows. Only from corph series 7. This saddle is not an adequate replacement.
Another component that should have been there according to the declared equipment are cranks. There should have been SHIMANO DEORE 12s FC-MT510-1 and there are Prowheel MPX cranks. I can't find the exact type on the Internet, so I can't accurately assess whether it is an adequate replacement.
The tires don't even fit. there should have been Maxiss and there are cheaper Continental Raceking.
The brakes are also a big disappointment. Even at low speed, they can't get the rear wheel to skid. I bought my son a €400 cheaper bike (I'm comparing the full price, not after the discount) and it brakes significantly better. Even a 5 year old bike from Decathlon that has cable disc brakes brakes better. The problem will not be in the brakes as such, but in the brake discs. Shimano SM-RT10 reels look like a piece of chrome-plated sheet metal. I read somewhere that when they run in/rub the surface, the braking effect will improve, but this is a shame from Shimano. Even the cheap bike from Decathlon has nicely polished discs and not just an ordinary press. This is nothing to look for on a bike for €1,300.
For me, a rather unpleasant problem is the rear hub/cassette and its noise when idling. I don't need it not to be heard. I like the chattering sound, but this is too much. It makes too much known about itself and not only to me but also to the surroundings. When I walk past people, it's impossible not to register it (the place of the bell is good) and I still feel it too. The noise kind of takes the joy out of cycling for me. It is a pity.

Synovi som kúpil o 400€ lacnejší (porovnávam plnú cenu, nie po zľave) bicykel a ten brzdí o značné poznanie lepšie. Dokonca aj 5 rokov starý bicykel z Decathlonu, ktorý má lankové kotúčové brzdy, brzdí lepšie. Problém nebude v brzdách ako takých, ale v brzdových kotúčoch. Už od pohľadu kotúče Shimano SM-RT10 pôsobia, ako kus pochromovaného plechu. Niekde som čítal, že až sa zabehnú/oderie povrch tak sa brzdný účinok zlepší, ale toto je od Shimana trapas. Ešte aj ten lacný bicykel z Decathlonu má pekne prebrúsené kotúče a nie len obyčajný výlisok. Toto na bicykli za 1 300€ nemá čo hľadať.
Pre mňa dosť nepríjemným problémom je zadný náboj/kazeta a to jej hlučnosť na voľnobeh. Nepotrebujem aby to nebolo počuť. Mám rád ten rapotajúci zvuk, ale toto je už moc. Príliš to dáva o sebe vedieť a nielen mne ale aj okoliu. Keď prechádzam okolo ľudí, nedá sa to neregistrovať (miesto zvončeka dobré) a aj ja ho stále vnímam. Tá hlučnosť mi trocha berie radosť z bicyklovania. Škoda.
