The Mallet Trail Speed Lace shoes are exceptional with their perfect combination of performance and adventure - the all-new MATCH outsole pattern and a lightweight yet durable upper are designed to provide the rider with all-day comfort and unparalleled performance. Whether you're going from the bottom of a mountain valley to the top and back down again, or from the starting line straight to the podium, the Mallet Trail Speed Lace shoes are your ideal companion. The enlarged Match Box around the cleats makes clipping in and out of the pedal easier and clearing mud. The extended 35mm cleat tracks allow for cleat placement further towards the heel for greater control and stability on descents. The MC1 rubber compound with medium grip allows for easy entry and exit from the pedal and is durable enough to withstand normal wear and tear. For increased durability, the outsole lugs are rounded. The outsole is designed for confident walking on challenging terrain - the beveled toe and heel make walking easier and the specially designed tread offers traction on steep terrain uphill or downhill. The Mallet Trail shoes come with the Match cleat and Crankbrothers cleats pre-installed in a neutral position.
