Lookin Evo represents a significant step in the Selle Royal offering. The 100% recycled shell has made it possible to save up to 24% CO2 during production. The saddle cover is made from 50% organic materials, which guarantee the same elasticity, abrasion resistance, and level of comfort as classic covers. Just like the Lookin saddle, Stracciatella technology is also used here: this innovative new padding material represents a significant step forward towards sustainable production - discarded saddles are crushed into fine granules and used in the padding of new saddles. This process reduces waste and underlines our commitment to the environment. Lookin and Lookin EVO saddles are the first saddles made with this technology. Of course, we haven't forgotten other important aspects in production - comfort and design. The saddles are equipped with Royalgel, which perfectly adapts to your body. The saddle surface is partially transparent, so you can see how the Royalgel layer, along with the Stracciatella pieces, adapts anew.
Athletic saddles are for riders who are used to riding at a faster pace and keeping their back at a lower angle (around 45°).
Riding position is a decisive factor in choosing the optimal saddle. Depending on your riding style, the way your sit bones contact the saddle varies significantly, which in turn affects the level of comfort. Selle Royal saddles are ergonomically designed to fit all sit bone widths and meet the anatomical needs of both men and women, ensuring pressure relief in the most sensitive areas. Choose the correct riding position from 45° (Athletic), 60° (Moderate), or 90° (Relaxed) to enjoy a pain-free ride.
Stracciatella: an innovative padding technology that recycles old or discarded saddles. These saddles are crushed into fine granules and used as padding for new saddles. Stracciatella, ground into granules and injected into new foam, reduces waste. You can see this new padding through the windows under the Royalgel, and their appearance is reminiscent of the legendary Italian ice cream! Just like the famous Italian ice cream, you can enjoy Stracciatella on every ride!
Royal Gel: Thanks to its unique construction, Royal Gel provides the highest level of comfort of all possible types of padding. This technology skillfully distributes shocks and rider pressure over the largest possible area of the saddle, ensuring excellent comfort even on the longest rides.
Royal Vacuum: Enjoy your ride with a waterproof saddle. This patented Selle Royal technology allows for the production of a saddle that is 100% sealed and waterproof, even when riding in heavy rain.
Flexible Shell: Maximum flexibility and shock absorption are ensured by the unique segmented shell construction, which ensures a smooth ride around town or in nature.
Integrated Clip System: An integrated clip on the rear of the saddle allows for the attachment of a saddlebag or other accessories.
