Fast delivery and in-person pick-up

We ship products in stock on the same day as the order arrives (or the next working day if the order arrives after 12:00) and are delivered on the next working day. For products not in stock, we always inform you about the actual date of shipment. We send orders by courier, for in-person pick-up in our stores or in one of thousands of pick-up points and post offices throughout Slovakia. Here you will find details about delivery options.

Forks 29" RockShox

One of the first manufacturers of suspension forks and shock absorbers. The company was founded in 1989 in the USA by Paul Turner, who started the company in the garage of his parents' home. After only 8 years, he had a company with an annual turnover worth 100 million dollars on the stock exchange. He was nominated for his innovative designs to the MTB Hall of Fame several times. Since 2002, the brand belongs to SRAM, with this support it continues to be one of the top brands in the suspension segment.

Extended returns up to 100 days

As standard, you can return your purchased goods within 30 days. With the ”Extended Return” service, you get an additional 70 days, during which you can decide whether the product suits you and meets your expectations.

Extended returns are very useful, especially when you are buying a gift in advance, you are not sure about your choice or the recipient needs more time to try it on. If you want to be more certain and not rush into making a decision, we recommend that you use this additional service.

How does it work?

In the cart, for a given product, check the "Extended return of goods up to 100 days" service. You will see the fee for this service directly here, which always depends on the price and type of a specific product.
The service is activated immediately after payment of the order and the 100-day period begins the moment you receive your order.
If you want to return the goods, follow the standard procedure and do so within 100 days. We will refund your money or issue you a voucher - depending on your preference.

The “Extended Return” service does not change the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, but is a voluntarily provided extra service. As with the standard return period, the goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Extended additional warranty +1 year

As a standard, you can make a complaint about goods purchased from us within the statutory period of 24 months from the delivery of the goods. With the "Extended additional warranty +1 year" service, you will receive 1 additional year of protection after this 24-month period has expired.

The extended additional warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults of manufacturing origin, similar to the standard warranty.
