In certain disciplines of road cycling, single-chainring cranks find application, for example in triathlon, time trials, or cyclocross - and it is precisely for them that Sram has developed the Sram Red 1 cranks with a single Aero chainring.



The power meter is characterized by improved aerodynamics thanks to directly mounted aero chainrings with fully integrated power, and a wider gear range is ideal for racing and flatter terrains. The unique shape of the chainring results in lower weight, stiffer and more durable cranks. The integrated construction of the chainring significantly reduces weight.



Power data is accurate within +/-1.5% and is not affected by climatic conditions during the ride.



8-bolt direct mount compatibility only with new RED® and Force eTap AXS™ cranks.
