I used the bushings on a Manitou Revox Pro shock absorber and they fit. The original ones were aluminum, these are steel, so I assume they could last longer. They were pressed with a Chinese bushing press for about €5. Great job with that. And I'll add one type that I used when pressing on one side of the shock absorber. The bushing went quite hard into the shock absorber eye and after pressing and installing the pin there was a slight play in the fit between the pin and the bushing. I pressed the bushing again, gently stretched it and with a few strokes with a model needle file I increased the gap. Then the bushing was easier to press into the shock absorber eye and at the same time the play between the bushing and the pin was removed.
Puzdra som použil na tlmič Manitou Revox Pro a pasovali. Pôvodné tam boli hliníkové tieto sú oceľové takže predpokladám, že by mohli vydržať dlhšie. Lisované boli čínskym lisom na puzdra za cca 5 €. Parádna robota s tým. A ešte pridávam jeden typ ktorý som použil pri lisovaní na jednu stranu tlmiča. Puzdro išlo dosť ťažko do oka tlmiča a po nalisovaní a založení čapu bola jemná vôľa v uložení medzi čapom a puzdrom. Puzdro som znova vylisoval, jemne roztiahol a pár ťahmi modelárskym ihlovým pilníkom som tú medzeru zväčšil. Potom už išlo puzdro nalisovať ľahšie do oka tlmiča a zároveň sa odstránila aj vôľa medzi puzdrom a čapom.
