SK Dobrý deň, kúpil som tento prevodník podľa tohto odporúčania, že je kompatibilný so všetkými cestnými SRAM kľukami aj preto, že nikde nie je uvedené na aké prevody sa dá použiť. Ale terz keď som ho rozbalil tak zisťujem, že je iba na 10 rýchlostné prevody (10 speed only). Chcem sa opýtať prečo nemáte túto informáciu pri produkte a či ho môžem vrátiť?
