SK Spokojnosť s reťazou, kvalita za prijateľnú cenu. Reťaz mi vydrží cca 1500-2000 km jazdenia pri bežnej údržbe a má hladký a tichý chod.

SK Dobrý deň, čo môže byť príčinou "sekania alebo preskakovania" reťaze na e-biku? Prehadzovačka je Shimano Alivio RD-M3100 vzadu 9 kolová kazeta Shimano Alivio 34/11z, reťaz KMC X9. Je to nový e-bike (300km) a pri zábere má reťaz tendenciu seknúť. Taktiež je to pri najmenšom kolese aj počas jazdy. Pomohla by kratšia reťaz, alebo kvalitnejšia? Aj prehadzovanie rýchlosti z najmenšieho na druhé koleso ide s oneskorením. Ďakujem.

SK Dobrý deň,

Žiaľ nevieme povedať z toho čo píšete o aké sekanie sa jedná a čo môže byť príčinou. Čo sa týka oneskoreného radenia tak to bude potrebné doladiť prehadzovačku. Odporúčame keď tak bicykel odniesť do servisu kde sa Vám na to pozrú a prípadne nastavia (ak je bicykel nový tak v rámci kúpy by ste mali mať u predajcu garančnú prehliadku po cca 200km bezplatnú).
