We ship products in stock on the same day as the order arrives (or the next working day if the order arrives after 12:00) and are delivered on the next working day. For products not in stock, we always inform you about the actual date of shipment. We send orders by courier, for in-person pick-up in our stores or in one of thousands of pick-up points and post offices throughout Slovakia. Here you will find details about delivery options.

The Oversized Pulley Wheel (OSPW) system for Shimano 9000/6700, developed and designed exclusively by CeramicSpeed, provides maximum optimization of your bike's drivetrain. This OSPW system includes a set of 17-tooth aluminum pulley wheels available in red and black, housed in a specially designed polyamide (PA) and carbon cage. The upper and lower 17-tooth oversized aluminum pulley wheels are equipped with either standard or coated CeramicSpeed ceramic bearings. The Oversized Pulley Wheel (OSPW) system is the product chosen by many of the world's leading cycling teams and triathletes. This specific system is compatible with the Ultegra 6700/6770/6800/6870 mechanical and Di2 rear derailleur, and the Dura Ace 7900/7970/9000/9070 mechanical and Di2 rear derailleur. The system is compatible with up to a 28-tooth cassette on most bikes, depending on the derailleur hanger. Extended returns up to 100 days

As standard, you can return your purchased goods within 30 days. With the ”Extended Return” service, you get an additional 70 days, during which you can decide whether the product suits you and meets your expectations.

Extended returns are very useful, especially when you are buying a gift in advance, you are not sure about your choice or the recipient needs more time to try it on. If you want to be more certain and not rush into making a decision, we recommend that you use this additional service.

How does it work?

Add the product you are interested in to your cart.
In the cart, for a given product, check the "Extended return of goods up to 100 days" service. You will see the fee for this service directly here, which always depends on the price and type of a specific product.
The service is activated immediately after payment of the order and the 100-day period begins the moment you receive your order.
If you want to return the goods, follow the standard procedure and do so within 100 days. We will refund your money or issue you a voucher - depending on your preference.

The “Extended Return” service does not change the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, but is a voluntarily provided extra service. As with the standard return period, the goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Extended additional warranty +1 year

As a standard, you can make a complaint about goods purchased from us within the statutory period of 24 months from the delivery of the goods. With the "Extended additional warranty +1 year" service, you will receive 1 additional year of protection after this 24-month period has expired.

The extended additional warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults of manufacturing origin, similar to the standard warranty.
