The BB30 bottom bracket allows you to pair 30mm spindle cranksets with 42mm internal diameter bottom bracket shells. Cannondale pioneered this standard with specially designed cranksets, and many have found the benefits. Road versions are 68mm wide, MTB are 73mm. These bearings are coated and come with our long-life grease optimized for off-road use. All coated products from CeramicSpeed come with a lifetime warranty
