The integrated Shimano Steps BTE8036 battery is designed for mounting on the down tube and thanks to its special construction, it is suitable for MTB e-bikes. It offers a high capacity of 630 Wh (36 V, 17.5 Ah), is resistant to shocks, vibrations and water, and with proper use, after 1000 full charge cycles, it retains approximately 60% of its original capacity. For correct function, it is necessary to use the new BM-E8016 holder and a compatible charger.
