All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

mám tento model od Vás zakúpený a potrebujem poradiť s výmenou vidlice - od výroby je použitá SR Suntour XCM RL 100 mm a potrebujem ju vymeniť za novú - skorodovala a zasekáva sa, vedeli by ste mi poradiť 2-3 vidlice, ktoré by sa hodili na výmenu aj vzhľadom na ostatné komponenty (brzdy, hlavové zloženie, úchyt kolesa) - komponenty ak sa menili tak sú rovnaké ako pôvodné?
Nemusí mať ovládanie s riadidiel, mohla by byť aj vzduchová, ale prikláňam sa skôr k pružinovej kvôli servisu.

Dobry den, napiste nam prosim tuto poziadavku mailom na [email protected] a pridajte nam tam informaciu ci mate na bicykli rovny alebo zuzovany krk vidlice. Na zaklade toho budeme schopni vyhladat kompatibilne vidlice.

A ešte mám jednu otázočku. V balení sa nachádzajú aj pedále (pladformy) alebo ich treba samostatne dokúpiť?

Tento model je dostupný už len vo veľkosti XS a v inej nebude. Najbližšie bude dostupný v priebehu budúcej sezóny model 2022 ale dostupnosť je zatiaľ neznáma. Pedále sa k tomuto bicyklu dodávajú.

Rád by som sa ešte spýtal ktorú veľkosť bicykla si mám pozerať keďže vo väčšine prípadoch som na hranici M -L ( moja výška je 175cm) Za skorú odpoveď ďakujem.

Záleží od modelu/výrobcu aké má "číslovanie". U tohto Ghostu by sme odporúčali M. Ak ste na rozhraní 2 veľkosti tak osobne by som sa prikláňal menšej veľkosti no ideálne je to vyskúšať ak je možnosť.

Výroba bude prebiehať v 9., 15. a 28. týždni 2021. Z 9. týždňa sú dostupné už len posledné 3 kusy takže nevieme zaručiť že sa v prípade objednania podarí bicykel vo výrobe rezervovať.
