Aluminium frame
Lighter, relatively durable and stiff material that is affordable. The most widespread material for the production of bicycle frames.
Mechanical disc brakes
Safer and more efficient braking even in wet and muddy conditions. Exerting more force on the lever for a higher braking effect. The cable may be subject to corrosion. Heavier weight.
Rigid fork
You will appreciate the lighter weight and stiffness, especially when riding on the road or bike path. Minimal service.
28” wheels
Often marked as 700c. They usually have a narrower profile, lower weight and high stiffness. They are the standard, especially for road (CX, gravel), trekking, city and cross-country bikes.

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Seat size 60 (for 200cm), rides great, gears are enough, or for bikepacking, it is not a problem to change a smaller gear, brakes are sufficient, Schwalbe G-One tires surprised. Playful, fast driving. The bike was put together strangely, it had a thousand screws with washers that were not tightened, I got a crooked handlebar, so it needed to be adjusted, no big deal.
Edit Disadvantages: the bowdens rattle in the frame, the microshift derailleur is accurate enough, but the gears jump during shocks, you have to get used to it, the shot near stones or ditches in the field is unpleasant, with or without flap. I had a question about it at the garage, I got an answer from the technician that what do I want from such a cheap derailleur. Weird.
Edit 2: I took the bike to another service center after about 150 km, the middle assembly was assembled dry from the factory, the head assembly was completely allowed even after the warranty. It reflects the approach of MTBiker technicians, where you only go to the garage for a stamp. letter.
Sadla veľkosť 60 (na 200cm), jazdí super, prevody stačia, prípadne na bikepacking menší prevodník prehodiť nie je problém, brzdy dostatočné, plášte Schwalbe G-One prekvapili. Hravé, rýchle jazdenie. Bicykel bol zvláštne zložený, mal tisíc šróbov s podložkami, ktoré neboli dotiahnuté, dostal som nakrivo riadidlá, tak to chcelo doladiť, nič hrozné.

Edit 2: bike som dal do iného servisu po približne 150km, stredové zloženie bolo zložené nasucho od výroby, hlavové zloženie bolo aj po garančke úplne povolené. Reflektuje to prístup technikov MTBiker, kde sa chodí len pre pečiatku do gar. listu.
