Hello, is this stand suitable for a road bike for basic service and holding the seatpost? If so, you probably need to follow the tightening torque, right? The bike is all carbon.

ano, stojan mozete pouzit - uchyt za sedlovku je optimalny, zabranite tak pripadnemu riziku poskodenia ramu. Upinacia hlava nie je priamo urcena na karbonove komponenty, takze urcite tak ako pisete - uchytavat s citom, prip. umiestnit medzi sedlovku a hlavu gumenu vlozku, alebo aspon tkaninu.
Alebo mnozstvo ludi vyuziva na servisovanie druhu lacnu Al sedlovku (podobne ako v pripade MTB bicyklov s teleskopickymi sedlovkami apod.)

Sice nemam tento stojan, iba podobny/lacnejsi/Lidl, no plasty ani guma na nom s bežnou teplotou okolo nuly, ci občas par stupnou pod nemaju ziaden problem

I have a Park Tool table holder in my garden shed/workshop and that jaw is of course a bit better in terms of adjustability...it's just cold there in the winter

Vzdhladom na cenu, robi to co ma. Plastove casti vyzeraju mohutne a drzi to celkom dobre. Poskladanie je velmi jednoduche a ocenujem tacku na veci. Akurat je potrebne sa trosku pohrat s nastavenim spodneho zamku, ktory to cele drzi v zpriamenej polohe.
