Its design has never needed a fundamental change – only improvements. The latest improvement is the use of TIDURA® material.
The BACK-ROLLER 20L Zip-Pocket bag is now made from TIDURA® strong material – ORTLIEB’s patented PVC-free fabric, manufactured by GDS, ORTLIEB’s sister company in Heilsbronn. As the BACK-ROLLER bag has been manufactured for decades using high-frequency (HF) welding technology, sewn seams are eliminated during production. The bag thus creates a consistently waterproof structure without water-absorbing threads and needle holes that need sealing. The main compartment with IP64 protection shields against rain, road spray, and dust.
A new, external waterproof zip pocket with IP64 protection allows easy access to small items without having to open the main compartment, and the removable shoulder strap can be stowed away in the external pocket. 3M Scotchlite reflective elements on both sides increase visibility in poor light conditions. The BACK-ROLLER 20L Zip-Pocket bag, made in Germany, comes with a five-year warranty and ten years of spare parts support after the product is discontinued.
